Why does Vaping Give Me a Headache? Help Me! - Vape Guide
For many newcomers and even vapers that are often vaping. We have all encountered such a problem: Why does vaping cause headaches?

If you search on Google, you will find many vapers like you.

So what should we do? Everyone causes dizziness for different reasons if you can't find the reason. Maybe you can try the following method:
A1: I never get headaches when smoking, but if I'm vaping all day (when working from home), I get a slight headache from taking too many draws.. 1-day vape session (20-30 draws) compared to smoking (3-5 Hits) all day. For me it's the lack of oxygen from too many draws, being confined inside a stuffy office and not staying hydrated which trigger my headaches.
A2: So try equatorgringos advice and load up on the water. Or try a nice walk outside to get some fresh air.
A3: There are so many factors that this could be.
Could be fighting restriction as buildozer said, could be a cheap vape with plastics/electronics in the heat path. It could be the strain, or it could be the grower's methods, I have seen some crappy growers foliar feed bad fertilizers in the bloom stage.
A4: Could be dehydration or lack of oxygen. Try adjusting your breathing.
